This Pistol is not optics ready out of the box. CZ doesn't sell an optics ready P09, you can find CZ P10 Sersies that are optics ready.

Id avoid dovetail mounts as they don't hold zero well, and could potentially break in a self deffense encounter, if it takes an impact.
The slide milling is realibe durable and looks better.
