Yes all new production *which this is* VP9s since March of 2020 have and will ship with 17rd magazines.
I bought my VP9 back before they released 17 rd magazines, and ended up buying a couple 17rd magazines and conversion kits to convert my 15rd to 17rd.
But yes this definitely includes the 2-17rd magazines, go for it, its an awesome pistol.
