Can I purchase (legally) a 15 round mag for my Glock even though I live in CA? I know the court ruled in favor of eliminating the magazine restrictions in 2020, but haven't seen nor can find any follow up.

No, as of now California is still restricted to 10 rounds. Sorry but hope this helps.
