Yes, this is legal in Pennsylvania. I live in PA and as of right now Pennsylvania's a pretty good state to be a gun owner because they're not to horribly strict with gun laws, although governor wolf's been trying to change that. Hope this helps.

Yes this is good to go in PA.
There are currently no restrictions on Pistols in Pennsylvania
