  • Bee, you will fill out form 4473 at your FFL's place of business and he will run your background check AFTER the gun has been received by him. Have a great day!

  • Bee, when your local FFL Dealer receives your firearm, they will contact you to come in and do all necessary paperwork (ATF Form 4473) onsite which is by Federal Law. You will pay a Transfer fee of $25 to $40 and when cleared, take your firearm home. Cheers and stay safe!

  • When the firearm is delivered to your local ffl, you'll go in and fill out the 4473 ( background check, and transfer form) after approval you'll take the firearm home, if you don't pass, the firearm will be returned to buds and you'll be refunded.

  • The background check will be done at the ffl after the firearm is shipped and received by the ffl. Hope this helps
