David, yes this is chambered in 3", so will take either 3" or 2 1/2" shells. Have a great day!

David, yes Sir, this shotgun has a 3 inch Chamber and can fire 3 inch or shorter shells no worries. Same concept as a .357 Mag revolver being able to fire the shorter .38 Special cartridge. Cheers and stay safe!

Yes, this has a 3 inch chamber so you're good to shoot 2-3/4 inch shells and 3 inch shells. Hope this helps.

yes it is fine with both 2 3/4 and 3 inch ammo
