  • Karla, it is legal in Florida no issue. This firearm has a 3 inch Chamber and can fire the shorter 2 3/4 inch shells no worries. Same concept as a .357 Mag revolver being able to fire the shorter .38 Special cartridge. Cheers and stay safe!

  • Karla, this is FL legal, and you can shoot 3" or 2 3/4" shells.   • Yes to both. You can use 2-3/4 or 3 inch shells and since this isn't classified as a shotgun, its classified as an other. So you're good to go in Florida. Hope this helps.
