No, buds will have to remove the magazine. During checkout buds will ask if you want the magazine removed, just click on yes. You will have to buy a compatible 15 round or less magazine though to use the firearm. Hope this helps.

Buds will ship it with out the magazines, but will not ship banned magazines to a state where they are prohibited.
You'll need to buy compliant magazines separately, in stock here (note some say 15/20, or 15/30, they are 15rd capacity the but they are pinned 20 and 30rd, so they have the larger bodies of the full size magazines to help look and function better)
