I agree with James, rock island armory is a great 1911 for the price. I have a 9mm RIA tactical and like it enough that I'm gonna get another one soon in either 45 acp or the 9mm/22tcm conversion model. Hope this helps.

Kimber is always a solid gun. They have one that's called the Stainless Targed (LS) that's got good reviews.

The sig STX is MA legal and typically goes for about $900-$1200, I found a few places that list it in stock but they are all online stores I've never heard of, and one of them "SS Gun deals" is a known scammer site.

If you Google that it'll show you where its listed as in stock but if research before you give any of them your money.
