Not the ejector, but the extractor may need a little tuning depending on the pattern of ejected casings. This can happen with any brand of 1911. It's not a hard fix at all. I purchased this very model Kimber 9 two years ago has always been fine. The product has 5 star reviews, I wouldn't worry.
Ricardo, those issues were from earlier versions of the Kimber II's. Recent production models have not had extraction issues reported in any significant numbers. Cheers and stay safe!
I personally don't own one but from what I hear they're pretty reliable. I have heard the magazines aren't the greatest and can cause feeding issues but an aftermarket magazine will fix that. I'm sure if you have any issues Kimber would make it right or an upgraded extractor can't cost to much. Hope this helps.
