Albert, no sir, not CT legal. Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine cannot have any of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock, 2. Pistol grip, 3. Bayonet mount, 4. Flash suppressor, 5. Threaded barrel. This gun has 1, 2, 4, and 5. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf
