The title says 14+1 but the description says 12+1 (2 3/4 shells). Which is it? Perhaps they mean 12 -3" shells?

This model has 3 tubes and each tube holds (7) 2 3/4" or (6) 3" shells. You have to manually rotate the tubes into position.

Paul, you are correct. Each tube holds (7) 2 3.4 inch or (6) 3 inch shells. Cheers and stay safe!

"Here’s the short and not-so-long of it: Legal in all 50 states, the KSG holds 6+6+1 (or 7+7+1 depending on shell length) in a 26.1” package. That’s not a typo- it holds a lot of ammo at just over two feet long. It comes standard with an 18.5″ barrel and Picatinny-style rails for mounting your favorite accessories on both the top and bottom."
