This does not include the actual suppressor, its only the suppressor module. But no all suppressors require a tax stamp. Sorry but hope this helps

This is not a suppresor so no taxes stamp required, nearly all supresssors require form 1 and a tax stamp.
The only exception are for Texas residents purchasing suppresors that are made in Texas.
