I have received a $5.00 coupon code, but each time I try to use them they are rejected. Today's purchase exceeds $200.00. Each time I attempt to utilize the coupon, the web-site responds that the coupon has 0-balance, which I know is not correct.
Any clue as to how to actually get credit for the most recent coupon code issued 5-days ago?
There appears to be only one place to enter the code during check-out.
