Aaron, you only need to submit it one time. Bud's keep's it on file for future purchases, although I am not sure how long. I live in a draconian state and submitted it on my first ammo purchase, and have made multiple purchases since without having to re-submit.
No, it should only be a one time thing and buds should have it on file I would imagine. But I've never done it so might be a better question for buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. We're customers as yourself not buds employees. Sorry don't have a definite answer but hope this helps some.

Place the order and If the order goes through you are good to go if not then Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order .
