Can this take the 13 round magazines or just the 10?

This can take standard capacity 13rd magazines, the 10rd magazine included is just so it can be sold in states that have capacity restrictions, it is the same exact gun as the one that comes with 13rd magazine

Yes, this will accept the 13 round magazines no problem. This just comes with a 10 round magazine for states with magazine capacity restrictions. Hope this helps.
