I when to my FFL DEALER to pick up my firearm and was told my background check was under review up to 15 days.. have anyone else experience this?

Delvin, no but the FFL Dealer may still complete the paperwork if nothing is returned back by 72 hours. The law allows any FFL to transfer a firearm at the end of the 3-day waiting period regardless of whether the background check has been completed.
