Under questions and answers for the Walther PDP 4" Custom it says sights for a Glock large frame will fit a Walther PDP. Is that correct?

Yes, straight from Walther. The PDP sights are compatible with nearly all existing Glock 17 and 19 sights on the market. Hope this helps
