Would this be a good choice for a service or duty gun, despite problems with earlier versions claimed to fire when dropped?

There were a few cases believe two when the firearm was dropped it accidentally fired but those issues have long been resolved. This or the Walther, either would be a great duty weapon. Personally like the looks of the Walther better but looks like walthers sights could easily snag on something while drawing it, this sigs sights have less chances to snag on something. Hope this helps and good luck in your choice.
