  • If I have an FFL who does mag lock to make the rifle NY compliant can I order a non compliant firearm and have it sent to m FFL to have that service done

  • Aaron, Bud's will not ship non-compliant firearms, even if your FFL agrees to do the compliancy work. Sorry, but that is Bud's policy.

  • Aaron, unfortunately Buds does not ship non State compliant firearms even if your local FFL is willing to modify for compliance. This has been Buds policy all along. Terribly sorry about this. Cheers and stay safe!
