David, yes. But some have had issues with processing and needed to have Buds Customer Service assist at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Yes, I have used them here. Pre-paid cards do sometimes have issues online but you can call and process it that way or go to whoever you got the card from and enter in your address so the card has an actual billing address attached.
