Ricardo, this is the Vector Gen II CRB Carbine with the more squared shroud. It does come with the Flip Up Sights however Kriss Vector does not mention the brand. (they seem to be Magpul or Magpul copies. Some details here : youtube.com/watch?v=HmjnlsyInvg
