Is this pistol still in production? If so, who has them new and for sale? How much? inox, duo tone, or blued?

The 3032 still shows on Beretta's website Charles. They are just out of stock at online vendors (you can join the wish list for it at Buds). There are plenty for sale on the major online gun auction sites like GB and Arms List.
