Yes, in most States ammo will ship directly to your house. Just add it to your cart and continue to check out. If it just asks for an address it'll ship directly to your house, if it asks for an FFL then you live in one of the few states that require it. Yes, as long as your debit card will also run as credit. If not you could always pay with your routing and checking account number (E check) and once payment has processed, buds will mail them directly to your home.
As far as credit/cash price goes, Skylar is correct, except that this ammo is the same price regardless of payment method.
This is good ammo, I've bought a ton of this stuff from buds, always had it shipped to my home, and have never had any issues with it.
