Does the Glock 21 Gen3 SF have the same grip length of the Glock 21 gen4 to accept the 13rd magazines. Will it he Gen3 SF except the Gen4 13rd magazines. Would this Gen3 SF be made in Austria?

Yes the length of the grip is exactly the same length as the standard frame G21, this pistol will accept all G21, and G41 magazines.
And yes it is made in Austria, as is indicated by the model number, model numbers beginning with P= Austrian made. Beginning with U= USA made.
