About a month ago I applied for credit to purchase a firearm but the site kept saying error. My account doesn’t show me purchasing the gun but I am receiving bills from Monterey Credit services as if the sales went through.

As others have said you will have to contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. I'd also contact credova at 833-273-3682 and they'll be able to help straighten this out. Unfortunately we're just customers as yourself not buds employees so we can only point you in the right direction. Sorry you're having issues but hope this helps
