Savage Arms 110 Tactical 20" 308 Winchester/7.62 NATO Bolt Action Rifle
Can a bipod be added to this? IF so, how?

You sure can. This rifle has a sling stud, it's the little nub around a foot in front of the magazine. You can attach a bipod using that. Hope this helps.

Yes, it attaches at the front swivel sling stud.
