Anthony, the 9CT has a Threaded Barred with a thread pitch of 1/2×28 while the 9C in non threaded. Cheers and stay safe!

9C has a tri-lug barrel and the 9CT has a tri lug with a threaded barrel with 1/2×28 threads. So 9CT is threaded while 9C is not. I hope this helps!
