Sorry but this is not new jersey compliant because of the pistol grip, collapsible stock, threaded barrel and flash hider. Hope this helps.

Nestaly, you would need to have the stock pinned and have the flash hider replaced with a compensator, then pinned/welded to be NJ compliant. And replace the 20rd mag with a 10rd mag. Local gun shops in NJ can do this for you. There are plenty of gun shops in NJ with this or similar AR's who will make it NJ compliant at point of sale. Have a great day!
