Description says ar15 mil spec uppers/lowers. Does this mean I can easily swap out upper with say a Bravo Company or PSA 300 black out upper?

Yes, you can easily swap out uppers. This is milspec so no problem changing the upper, lower or any parts. Hope this helps.
