Shipping of weapon purchase

I am a resident of Kentucky and my business has me working out of state for the next month, can I buy a pistol online and have it shipped to a FFL in the state that I am working if the pistol is legal to own in that state?

Hi Daniel, Firearm must be shipped to the state you reside in.

This is not allowed by the BATF regulations.

You may purchase rifles and shotguns out of state but handguns must be purchased in the state you reside in

NO handguns must be taken delivery of from a FFL holder in your state of residence
