Haneef, no it is not due to the threaded barrel. Your best bet would be to buy it locally and the gun shop pin the thread protector to make it NJ compliant. These are sold in gun shops all over NJ. Have a great day!

Unfortunately this one is not legal in new jersey either due to the pistol grip and threaded barrel. Sorry but hope this helps.
