I has some ammo delivered to my house in Vermont. They left it in my steps @ -8 degrees Fahrenheit. I know they say keep it between certain temperatures should I be worried this ammo might not fire if I try to use it?

No, you have nothing to worry about. Keeping them dry would be the main concern. If it's cold out while you're shooting it can have weird effects on the ammo but once they're brought in and warm back up your fine. So fire away. Hope this helps.
