If you did the background check and transfer at the FFL/gunshop you will have to contact cobra at 661-257-1406. If you did not do the transfer then just call buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. Until you transfer the firearm into your name buds can help, but as soon as you transfer the firearm then the manufacturer has to assist you. I always advise people to thoroughly check the firearm before doing any paperwork. Hope this helps.
