Ive personally never heard of them doing so and cant find any information saying they do free battery replacement. Honestly though they are not too horribly expensive and especially since this is motion activated batteries will last quite some time. Sorry but hope this helps.

Arthur, not that I'm aware of, I have one and have not gotten that offer. Crimson Trace offers lifetime battery replacements. That being said, the CR2032 battery has a 40,000 hr life, and costs about $3 to replace. BUT, this does have a lifetime warranty, fully transferable, no receipt required.
