Loren, the PS90 is banned in MD, per the MD State Police gun roster. "Banned - Does meet the definition of a copycat weapon"

Unfortunately no it's not legal in Maryland. I grew up in Maryland and my best advice is to do what I did and move to PA. Sorry but hope this helps.
