The S&W site does not list the model 10 heavy barrel (out of production) so auction sites lit GB will be your best bet but they still make a model 10 standard and buds has them in stock budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/2084_21_39_1806/products_id/61704/S%26W+M10+Classic+6RD+38SP+%2BP+4

Scott, this will be a tough one to find new. Buds last reviews on this were in 2009. You can try some of the major online gun/auction sites like GB, AA or Arms List as a lot of rare items occasionally do show up whether new or used. I have not been able to find this at any current vendors in stock.
