Jamie, you should be able to get around 3 inch groups at 100 yards. The 16 inch barrel is going to have better accuracy at 100 yards because it'll have more velocity. I'd say roughly 2inch groups with the 16 inch M&P and roughly 3 inch groups with this. Hope this helps and good luck with your choice.
Jamie, you can expect approximately 2 moa accuracy with standard 22lr and 1.3 to 1.5 moa with Eley 22lr Match unless of course you are Bob Lee Swagger. Cheers and stay safe!

In my experience around 3-4 moa at 100 yards the rifle is around 2-3 MOA at 100yards the 22lr is very prone to wind and other factors My 15-22 is right at 3 inches at 100yards my ruger Precision rimfire is good for about .75 NOA
