Chris, switch to Magnum Rounds and fire a few sets of 6. Note the failure rate starting from the first set to the last. If the reliability percentage goes up, however slight between the sets, the shotgun is still in break in mode. If this percentage remains constant, the the issue is the shotgun. Just remember to clean and lube between ends of sets. The numbers will give you your answer. Cheers and stay safe!

Chris, I'd clean and lube it the best you can. If it's new I'd try running high velocity ammo threw it until it's broke in. Certain firearms, especially semi automatic shotguns can be picky until broke in. I'd also try a wide variety of ammo, it might not like certain brands. If you tried all that and still doesn't work I'd contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm and request warranty work. Hopefully you can figure out the issue.
