Do you have to do any alterations to the drum to fit properly?

John, this will fit in most AR12 style shotguns without modification. Have a great day!

John, depends Wich firearm you're trying to use it in. If you post again with the model of your shotgun can give a more definite answer. This is used in alot of AR12 style shotguns. Hope this helps.
