Nicholas, unfortunately this is not new jersey compliant due to the Pistol grip and threaded barrel. Removing the magazine wouldn't help. Sorry but hope this helps.

Nicholas, Dictator Murphy says you can't own this gun in The People's Republik of NJ because the pistol grip along with threaded barrel will make you want to commit unimaginable crimes. It could be made NJ compliant with the brake pinned/welded, but Bud's will not ship unless compliant as is.
