Can you tell me what type the threading is? I am wondering if it is the same as my Walther 1911 .22 pistol.

Jeffrey, this rifle has a 16.5" Carbon Steel Barrel - Threaded 1/2×28 with a Twist Rate of 1:15. Cheers and stay safe!
½x28 is the standard thread pitch for most 22LR firearms (like this rifle)
Some foreign made firearms (like the walther 1911 in 22lr) use metrics muzzle Thread of M8x.75mm.
So the short answer is no this will not use the same muzzle devices as your pistol unless you can find and adapter.
---------
Adapter to
M8 x .75 to 1/2-28 RH

---------------
Then 1/2″-28 TPI to Metric M8 X .75

Jeffrey, this had a 1/2×28 thread pitch. Hope this helps.
