Short answer is no.
My 2 cents buy Dawson fiber optic sight, they do sell a one for the Girsan, and pop out the fiber optic and put in a tritium gas vile. They sell the vials on ebay . Not sure about a fix for the rear other than drilling out the stock one and fitting vials in it. This all assumes that you don't want to just have your slide milled or put on aftermarket slide.
