They likely lifted the LE only restriction as it's not a good seller to LE and want to sell them off. It happens from time to time.

I bought this exact gun from buds, earlier this year. The LE designed it as a discounted model for 1st responders, but it is no longer required to be a qualified professional to purchase this gun, yet the discount and extras are still included.
The extras are 3-15 rd magazines, tritium night sights, optics ready (plates not included, can be purchased from CZ website).
It is built by CZ USA, this is an amazing gun for an excellent price, you should snag it up, you won't regret it.

Mark, le is short for law enforcement. Le models usually include an extra magazine and sometimes a discount. Usually law enforcement versions are reserved for qualified professionals, so you have to be a firefighter, military, first responder and so on to be a qualified professional. Luckily this model is not reserved yet, so if you are interested I'd buy it soon before buds makes it for qualified professionals only. Hope this helps.
