BudsGunShop.com - "Fixed Magazine?"

Looking to buy this shotgun but I live in CT, under the restrictions it says "fixed magazine" capacity of 5 rounds. That would pertain to this shotgun, correct? Kinda confused on what they mean by "magazine", in short, I just wanted to double check, I cannot own this in CT, right?

Stoeger M3000 Freedom Series Defense 12 Gauge Shotgun

Fixed magazine just refers to any ammo feeding system/device that is not readily detachable/ removable.
The tube mag on this shotgun is considered fixed.
It is permitted to be owned by CT residents though because in order to be banned by CT law it has to have 2 banned features this only has 1.
"Semi-automatic shotguns that have at least two of the following features: 1.Folding / telescoping stock 2.Pistol grip 3.Fixed magazine over 5 rounds 4.Ability to accept a detachable magazine"
