I need a powerful, dedicated snake revolver…just to use 410 in it.
First, how is the recoil with average 410 shells? Second, is this the longest barrel they offer?
And finally, has anyone reamed the barrel for smooth bore for a tighter 410 pattern?

Ira, this would work excellent for most snake killing ranges since it is .410 shell capable. It is counter intuitive but a shorter rifled barrel will pattern better than a longer rifled barrel with shot.
