Rock Island Armory Rock Standard CS 45 ACP Pistol
Will this RIA take any grips for a .45 or are they smaller than a full size pistol?

Gary, they are smaller than a full size 1911. You would need 1911 compact grips : amazon.com/Guuun-Grips-Compact-Officer-Texture/dp/B07X9GSH3M?th=1

Gary, they are smaller. This will take any compact size 1911 grips. The grips that come on this though are polymer wrapped in rubber and very comfortable. Hope this helps.
