Steven, buds is not using the correct photo. This does have a manual thumb safety. If you Google the upc 798681607709 you can find the correct photo. Hope this helps.

Another case of mistaken identity here at Bud's. This is the incorrect model being pictured. The UPC does have the proper model coming with ambidextrous thumb safety.

Steven, yes Sir, this UPC code comes with a Manual Safety. Buds is just using the incorrect stock photo of the non Manual Safety version pistol. Cheers and stay safe!
