When checking the shipping status of my shotgun using the tracking number, I was given the prompt "current ffl on file expired, contact Tim or Dan". Not sure who exactly I'm supposed to contact.

Matthew, same thing happened to me. I think it is just a glitch. Your gun is on the way to your FFL, no need to do anything. You can go to the UPS web site and manually type in the tracking number for accurate updates.
