  • I’ve sent my pistol to Buds in a sell. I have not been contacted that it’s been received or what the process is now. Anyone done this before that can enlighten me on the process?

  • Lawrence, in the past, Buds would notify you within 72 hours of reception of the firearm. During the height of the pandemic before they suspended buys they would take up to two weeks. May be something similar still. I would ask Buds Customer Service to check with their Inventory Dept. on a status at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
